No. If you have not tested yet, we recommend AncestryDNA (approximately $99, ships internationally). Kit turnaround is typically 6–8 weeks. If you already have data from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, or FamilyTreeDNA, you can begin immediately by downloading your raw data file.

Within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive Your Longevity Profile — a detailed intake form covering your health history, goals, current supplements, medications, and lifestyle. Once you complete the form and submit your files, analysis begins.

When you test with 23andMe or AncestryDNA, the company stores your raw genetic data — the actual sequence of your DNA across hundreds of thousands of locations in your genome. Your raw data file is a download of this data in a text format. It is different from the reports and traits those companies show you in their apps. Meden uses this raw file — not the consumer app reports — to perform a deeper, more comprehensive analysis.

For 23andMe: log in → Settings → 23andMe Data → Download Raw Data. For AncestryDNA: log in → DNA → Settings → Download Raw DNA Data. The process takes approximately 5 minutes. See our How it Works page for step-by-step instructions.

23andMe filed for bankruptcy in 2025 and its assets were subsequently acquired. Existing customers can still access and download their raw data. If you already have 23andMe data, your file is still fully usable for Meden analysis. For new DNA testing, we currently recommend AncestryDNA.

23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage DNA, and FamilyTreeDNA raw data files are all compatible. If you have tested with another provider, contact us to confirm compatibility before purchasing.

No. Bloodwork is required only for The Living Blueprint (Tier 2) and The Meden Protocol (Tier 3). The Longevity Map (Tier 1) and all Focused Intelligence Reports use raw DNA only.

After purchasing, we send you a specific panel list. In Canada, LifeLabs and Dynacare offer walk-in testing for most panels — no doctor's referral required. Internationally, any accredited laboratory is acceptable. You attend the lab, receive your results as a PDF, and send it to us.

The panel is tailored to your programme and your genetic profile, but typically includes: ApoB, Lp(a), hs-CRP, homocysteine, fasting insulin, HbA1c, full hormone panel (oestrogen, testosterone, SHBG, cortisol), thyroid (TSH, fT3, fT4), Vitamin D, B12, ferritin, and a complete metabolic panel. We confirm the exact list after your intake form is received.

Yes, if the results are recent (within 3 months) and include the key markers we need. Send us your existing results and we will confirm whether they are sufficient or whether additional tests are required.

A Focused Intelligence Report analyses one specific domain of your genetics in depth — for example, your skin genetics (Dermal Intelligence) or your hormone architecture. A full programme analyses all 12 biological domains together, reading them as an interconnected system. Full programmes also include supplement protocols, drug interaction analysis, and stack review. Bloodwork integration is available in Tier 2 and Tier 3 only.

Every word in your Meden report is written by a genetics and bioengineering specialist who has read your specific variant profile. Your report is not generated by software, not adapted from a template, and not produced by an algorithm. It is written from scratch for you, based on your genome and your goals.

Available in The Living Blueprint and The Meden Protocol, the written Q&A session allows you to submit questions about your report in writing after delivery. You receive detailed written responses. This is not a live call — it is a structured written exchange that ensures your questions receive the depth of answer they deserve.

Yes. The Peptide Codex can be purchased separately and added to any programme. Contact us after purchasing your programme to discuss combining both.

Focused Intelligence Reports are delivered within 7 days of receiving your raw DNA file. Full programmes (The Longevity Map, The Living Blueprint, The Meden Protocol) are delivered within 10–14 days of receiving all required files. Timelines begin when all files are received, not at purchase.

Your report is delivered by email as a detailed PDF document. It is yours to keep, reference, and share with your healthcare provider.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to submit your raw DNA file and bloodwork (where required). If you need more time, contact us before the 30-day window closes and we will arrange an extension.

The Peptide Codex is a focused intelligence report that reviews the peer-reviewed scientific literature against your specific genetic variants — identifying which peptides are supported for your biological profile, how they interact with your pathways, and what the research says about sequencing, timing, and expected response. Compounds covered include BPC-157, TB-500, Epithalon, GHK-Cu, Ipamorelin, and more.

No. All peptide-related information provided by Meden is strictly educational. It is drawn from peer-reviewed scientific literature and is provided to help you understand the existing body of research as it relates to your genetic profile. Meden does not prescribe, supply, or recommend the purchase of any peptide compound. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before using any peptide.

Your genetic data is used solely to produce your personalised report. It is never sold, shared, or transferred to any third party. It is never used for research purposes without your explicit written consent. Meden handles all data in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation (PIPEDA).

We retain your data securely for the duration of your programme and for a reasonable period thereafter, in case you return for additional reports or to assist with follow-up questions. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@meden.ca.

All Meden services are non-refundable. Every report involves the creation of bespoke, personalised analysis prepared specifically for you. The work involved begins immediately upon receipt of your files, and the personalised nature of this service makes refunds impossible once analysis has commenced.
