By purchasing any Meden service, you ("the client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a purchase.
Meden provides personalised genomic analysis, longevity protocol writing, bloodwork interpretation, and peptide education services. All reports, protocols, and written materials produced by Meden are:

All Meden services involve the creation of bespoke, personalised analysis prepared specifically for the individual client. Due to the nature of this work, all sales are final.
No refunds are offered under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with results, change of mind, failure to submit required files, or delay in submitting your DNA data or bloodwork.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that the work involved in producing your personalised report begins immediately upon receipt of your files, and that the bespoke nature of this service makes it impossible to offer refunds once analysis has commenced.

By submitting your genetic data to Meden, you confirm that you are the legal owner of that data and that you consent to its use for the purposes of producing your report.
Any peptide-related information provided by Meden — including within the Peptide Codex and The Living Blueprint — is strictly educational in nature. It is drawn from peer-reviewed scientific literature and is provided to help clients understand the existing body of research as it relates to their genetic profile.
Meden does not prescribe, supply, or recommend the purchase of any peptide compound. The client assumes full responsibility for any decisions made regarding peptide use. Peptides are research compounds not approved by Health Canada or the FDA for human use. Always consult a licensed medical professional before using any peptide or supplement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meden shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

All reports, protocols, and written materials produced by Meden are the intellectual property of Meden and are licensed to the client for personal use only. Reports may not be:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
